Remodels and Additions
Most of our work. Modern transformations of houses that are already standing.
Kitchens, baths, additions, ADUs, and whole-home renovations — architecturally aligned, meaning the new work looks like it belongs to the house rather than bolted onto it. This is the bulk of what we do and what our permit history is built on. If your house was built between 1990 and 2010 and everything in it is builder-grade, this is the conversation.

The part that moves the number most. We do it before we start, not during.

Questions we actually get asked
- What does a kitchen remodel cost around here?
- It depends far more on selections and on what is behind the walls than on square footage, so we do not publish a number we would have to walk back. We walk the house, then give you a written range with the assumptions stated so you can argue with them.
- Can we live in the house during the work?
- Usually for a single-room remodel, rarely for a whole-home renovation. We will tell you honestly which one yours is.
- How far out are you booking?
- Call and ask — it changes, and a stale answer on a website helps nobody.
